Preparing for Growth

July 6, 2026

The final months of 2025 focused on building the essential infrastructure needed for Gem Mountain’s future development. From producing construction materials on-site and preparing the land to improving access roads and establishing strong foundations, each milestone brought the project one step closer to its long-term vision.

Laying the Groundwork for the Next Phase

September – December 2025

The final months of 2025 were dedicated to preparing Gem Mountain for the next phase of development. With favorable weather conditions and improved access to the property, significant progress was made in material production, site preparation, infrastructure improvements, and construction groundwork.

Producing Materials On-Site

To support future construction activities, a cement brick machine was purchased and commissioned on-site. Brick production began immediately, creating a reliable supply of building materials while reducing future transportation requirements. At the same time, a dedicated storage area was developed for quarry dust, 6×9 rubble, 3/4 metal, river sand, and other essential construction materials.

The ability to manufacture and store materials directly at Gem Mountain marked an important step toward self-sufficiency as construction activities continued to expand.

Preparing the Site

Taking advantage of favorable weather conditions, large quantities of construction materials were transported and stockpiled throughout the property. Heavy machinery was used extensively to clear, level, and prepare key areas for future development.

Road improvements, excavation work, and the movement of large foundation stones helped transform previously undeveloped areas into construction-ready zones.

Building Strong Foundations

During this period, major foundation work commenced across the site. Large stones were positioned, reinforced concrete footings were formed, and groundwork was completed to create durable foundations capable of supporting future structures.

These early construction activities established the physical framework upon which future phases of Gem Mountain will be built.

Improving Access and Operations

The entrance and security area were widened and filled to improve access for heavy vehicles, construction machinery, and daily operations. In parallel, a dedicated vehicle and machinery service area was established to support maintenance and repairs, ensuring equipment remained operational in the challenging mountain environment.

These improvements enhanced both site efficiency and long-term operational capability.

The Journey Continues

While construction progressed, the natural beauty of Gem Mountain remained ever-present. Forest trails, flowing streams, and rugged mountain terrain continued to shape daily life on-site, serving as a reminder of the unique landscape that makes this project so special.

By December 2025, Gem Mountain had established critical construction infrastructure, expanded material production capabilities, improved access routes, and completed significant groundwork preparations—creating a solid foundation for the next chapter of development.
