As Gem Mountain Resort progresses, every practical addition plays a crucial role in shaping a functional and well-prepared site. During May and June, while road improvements continued, our focus also turned to building essential infrastructure—making space for our team, equipment, and efficient day-to-day operations. These behind-the-scenes efforts are laying the groundwork for smooth construction in the months ahead.
Infrastructure and On-Site Readiness
Throughout May and June, construction efforts remained steady with a continued focus on road improvements, ensuring smoother and more durable access across the site.
Beyond the roadwork, several other key developments took place:
We prepared the land for the future staff house, marking an important step in building the essential infrastructure to support our on-site team.
The garage was expanded to accommodate an additional excavator, making equipment access and storage more efficient as operations grow.
To support ongoing construction efforts during unpredictable weather, we also built a dedicated hut for cement brick production and storage. This sheltered workspace allows workers to continue making bricks even on rainy days, minimizing delays and making better use of time and resources.
Each of these additions supports the long-term functionality and readiness of Gem Mountain Resort as we move steadily toward full development.
