Latest Updates on Road Construction Project

Welcome to our latest update on the ongoing road construction project! As the project progresses, we are excited to share significant advancements and milestones achieved.

We are pleased to announce the completion of 300 feet of stone paving in the Stage 02 section of the road. 

Next we have begun transporting materials for Stage 03.

On March 19th, architect Mr. Yasoja and his team visited the Gem Mountain Resort project site to mark the essential road network. They strategically plotted key areas, including the lobby and the first three cottages of each wing, ensuring an optimized layout for accessibility and functionality.

From March 20th to 30th, the road construction for Stage 03 at Gem Mountain Resort was successfully completed, spanning 200 feet. This phase was meticulously executed by our dedicated in-house laborers, with technical officer Dammika providing essential estimates and guidance. The image captures the team at work, ensuring precise alignment and a solid foundation. 

The final touches were added to the newly constructed 200-foot road made with a mix of concrete and stone.
